  1. Discount on Tackle purchased at Reel Fun, the tackle, clothing and bait shop situated at the marina in the boat yard. Steve Cole, the owner, and his assistants Steve Ace and Terry are happy to give their advice and years of experience in helping you make the right purchases for your needs. Steve Cole was previously a charter boat skipper operating out of Portishead.
  2. Discounts on marine services/products from Advance Marine, and LGS Marine.
  3. We hold an annual Cod Competition with big cash and tackle prizes.
  4. We run a year-long Species Competition based on the most species caught, size, weight, photo and release.
  5. Fish of the Month prize.
  6. Seasonal Competitions for Bass, Sole, Rays etc.
  7. Safety at Sea advice. We always monitor channel 8 with other members as well as holding their mobile numbers so that if urgent assistance is required we can help each other out quickly.
  8. We hold monthly meetings to discuss all things fishing, hand out prizes, have visitor presentations e.g. Lifeboat, Service providers, other fishing bodies etc and to arrange future competitions.

We are members of The Angling Trust and Fish Legal, which is a national body and voice that stands up for the rights of all anglers and the protection of our waters. They also provide the Insurance to cover our fishing Competitions.
